These Terms govern your participation in the Golden Cat (Златна Котка) International Magic Festival and use of the goldencat.eu website. By registering for the festival, purchasing a ticket, or subscribing to our updates, you accept these Terms.
1. The Organizer
The festival is organized by Magic Gathering Golden Cat, Gabrovo, Bulgaria. Contact: [email protected].
2. Registration & Tickets
Registration is confirmed once payment is received in full. Tickets are personal and may not be resold without our written consent. Prices, pack contents, schedule, and venues may be updated; the current version published on goldencat.eu governs.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations requested in writing more than 60 days before the festival are eligible for a refund minus a processing fee. Within 60 days, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person at our discretion. If the festival is cancelled or postponed by the Organizer, ticket holders will be offered a refund or transfer to a future edition.
4. Code of Conduct
We expect respectful, inclusive behaviour from every participant. Harassment, discrimination, or disruption of programmes will result in removal from the festival without refund. Performers retain rights over their material; recording or photographing acts without explicit permission is prohibited.
5. Photography & Media
By attending you consent to being photographed or filmed for the festival's documentation and promotion. If you would prefer not to be featured, please let our team know on-site; we will accommodate reasonable requests.
6. Liability
Participation is at your own risk. The Organizer is not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or indirect damages, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Bulgarian law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent Bulgarian courts.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on goldencat.eu/terms. Material changes affecting confirmed registrations will be communicated to ticket holders by email.
